No emotion? What about Nampan Plateau, The End is Only The Beginning, Great Kid, the first minute of Open The Gates!? Those are very emotional tracks. And Leaving Las Vegas, We're Taking The Bentley, Ashes in D.C., Ready To Rumble, and the L.A. earthquake unrealised music are some very good action-like cues. Maybe very Zimmeresque but very enjoyable.
I don't know about the main theme sounding like Elfman's theme of Batman, but I like it. Especially his use in the last minute of The End Is Only The Beginning.
