Alan Menken was past his prime. He should have quit after this one.

So now, are you wondering how Aladdin was rescued, and so quickly?

At the beginning of the riddle, Aladdin was going to the Agrabah electronic store to get more cell-phone minutes because they were ALMOST up.

When Aladdin agreed to be plunged into the sea, he was put in a crate to be shipped to the shore. He had 30 minutes to get help while in the crate. in that time he used his remaining minutes to call the Genie and inform him. The Genie was waiting at the sea's surface to rescue Aladdin before Jafars thugs cast him off the shore!!!!!!!!
