  Kloser's Alien Vs. Predator

I bought this score because I've liked Kloser's score for The Day After Tomorrow. Between this one and AVP there are some similarities, but AVP isn't better than The Day After Tomorrow. One of the things that dissapointed me, was the omission of references to the scores of the film of both sagas. The only part that it sounds familiar to me, is the "Showdown" track, that contains something of "Bishop's Countdown". This is the only track that makes references to the other soundtrack. The rest came from Kloser's mind. Anyone, the score defends itself with tracks like "Down The Tunnel", "Antarctica", "The Pyramid", "History of the World" and "Alien Fight". So, if you think that you're going to hear something similar or better than the scores comoposed by Goldsmith, Silvestri, Goldenthal or Frizzell, avoid it. Only buy it if you feel curious.
