I'm so glad that the released a full version and un-Cameroned version of Aliens. I'm also glad that Horner and Cameron didn't kill each other when it came to making this film. The score is a classic and it's at the top of my score collection. I bought the original for one track and that was "Bishope's Countdown." But this score is a whole lot better than the orginal, giving us what was ment to be in the film. The percussion in the film is great. The loud metallic crashes that are in "Bishope's Countdown" are the best.

Great score, but the underscore get's a little boring. But with the sudden loud crashes, the score keeps you interested.
