  The Sister Score to JADE

Everytime I listen to this score, I cannot help but think of James Horner's 1995 super awesome (and dark) score to JADE. Many people did not enjoy the film, though I did, and many people have forgotten that rich, layered, elegant, bombastic, and ethnic score that James Horner did back in 1995. I for one love the score and tracked it down by some guy in France who traded me for it. I listen to it occasionally when I'm in the mood and was pleasantly surprised when I picked up the score for APOCALYPTO. I loved the film and I love the music for the film. What always disappointmented me about JADE was that there never was a commercial release - though I do own the bootleg copy (and cherish every second of it) I am so pleased with the APOCALYPTO score that I feel I finally have an extension on what Horner started with in JADE. It truly is a sister score even though the films are drastically different. Listening to them, side by side, one can see the similarities in thematic material. Anyone else hear the full score to JADE? Anyone else agree?
