A great memory I have was listening to the Sandpeople Attack over and over again on the original 2 record set. My mom gave me the soundtrack AND the read-along-as-you-listen book and record for Christmas 1977. It made an irreversable impression. The Sandpeople track, with its incredible percussion and speeding strings, for whatever reason, mesmerized me. I was so moved by it, that I created a (very) short comic book that had a little battle scene that went along with the music. I was 10 at the time, and I have been keeping up with all Williams movie music since.
