And in the field of classic music: King Kastchei's Infernal Dance

Kastchei's dance is a good piece of music.

Night on the Bare Mountain is an impressive orchestral work by russian composer
Mussorgsky. It's one big evil experience, except for the brilliant ending when the morning hour arrives at last. In Fantasia there was a transposition from this to Ave Maria (with great animation)... just classic.

Der Ring des Nibelungen by Richard Wagner (where would Williams be without him?)also has villain themes (dragon/Hagen/Mime/Hunding etc.) and great other ones. I recommend a family tree of the hundreds of motifs, with meaning, development and interaction, that can be found in this absolute masterpiece. It's got commentary by Deryck Cooke and appeared on Decca records.
