This is just odd to me...she's been the second main person through both movies and presumably the next...where is her theme??

I would say that Across the Stars, while the love theme for Anakin and Padme, would easily be labelled Padme's theme. I agree that she should have their own theme, but for now I suppose this is it.

I supose it's like Leia and Solo. Did Han have his own theme? No. But they did share one as do Padme and Anakin. But Han may not have been that important anyway, or is he? There was enough music to honor the queen so that may have been a reason not to give her own theme. As her role may develope in the third one, she may get it! I'm just thinking out loud.

Yeah, that sounds absolutely correct. I wish that he would give her a different one, though. Merely because "Across The Stars" was stated several times, almost in its final form, in the movie "Hook." (for those who don't know, just watch the scene when the Parents come home from the dinner to find the children missing. It's there a few times). I don't know if it spawned from anywhere before that, but it just seems almost an injustice to give a not exactly original theme to such a wonderful character.
