Orchestra is weak and basically makes garbage from other composers. Even the main theme song is filled with garbage in the middle. The Joker doesn't even have a theme song so it doesn't really make sense since he has a taste for theatrics. The Penguin and Catwoman, who should have been in this one just like Batman #1 in which The Joker and Catwoman first premiered along with Scarecrow being in Batman returns, had a better orchestra in Batman returns. You can't go wrong with a tagline like "The Bat, The Cat, and The Penguin" but you can go wrong with no tagline and this proves my point. I give it a D- at best since Batman Returns was a million billion times better than Batman. Putting good reviews on Batman is like putting diamonds on naughty" language.
