"Lasiurus" not in film?

I saw the film and can't remember "Lasiurus" in the film at all. It's too bad if it wasn't.

In regards to the track itself, someone told me that the main theme of the film is played from about three minutes on in the track. Does anyone else consider that the main theme? I mean, I couldn't find it in the film, besides the small piece at the end of track 3.

Second, the "Lasiurus" track: is it synths or real? It sounds like real strings but everyone says there wasn't a traditional orchestra used.
