Can someone please tell me the quote at the end of the movie after it tells what happened next and before the credits start

If my memory is correct I think you are referring to the quote by Edmund Burke: approximation quote:

"All it takes for evil to triumph - is for good men to do nothing"

Again this is from memory & may not be an exact quote!

What a powerful quote - especially in todays terrorist world!

On second thought the above quote might have been from "Tears of the Sun"! But it really fits into both scenarios.
