Yes. That is Pelagia's Song and it's the first track on the soundtrack.

Im not sure if we are talking about the same trailer but one of them that ive seen on tv uses the theme from "Enemy of the State" by Rabin and Gregson-Williams.

Yeah, what WAS that song in the trailer?   Tuesday, July 24, 2001 (7:54 p.m.) 

It was a song that was meant for the radio. It was really pretty, but I didn't really recognize it. Does anyone know the name of it and who sings it?

It's "Tonight and the Rest of my Life" by Nina Gordon.

The name of the song is "Tonight and the rest of my life" by Nina Gordon, I spent a lot of time going through the soundtrack to find it, but got lucky on Morpheus, beautiful song.
