Chicken Run has quite possibly one of the most 'whistleable' themes ever composed - it has a whiff of elevator music, and a dash of 'Pop goes the weasel' in that it'll drill into your brain and never, ever go away. It's an amazing 14 notes to have managed that, honestly. Building the Crate is a piece of immense power, even in a movie about chickens. I think it deserved at least four stars, if not more. Very fun score, and very appropriate to the movie. Makes for a good listen, and you'll eventually drive all your friends mad whistling it.
