Holy cow, Christian, five stars for "Curse of the Golden Flower"? Well, to each their own, I guess. I personally felt that Umebayashi's "House of Flying Daggers" was a stronger score overall... I thought this one was terribly portentous and rather mundane (in terms of orchestration, not energy) in parts, but I've only heard it in the film (which was only okay). Perhaps I should give it a spin on album.

Back at ya later
