The way its been described, i thought it would suck, but the score rocked so much i had to have images to match it. This movie rocked. I don't see how something like the Mummy/the Mummy Returns can be successful (moneywise) and Cutthroat Island not be. It's essentially the same, just with pirates instead of mummies. The film has some AMAZING shots and visuals. the plot was intruiging and the action sequence between the two ships at the end was simply awesome.
So i definetly recommend seeing the film to add some memorable images to the score (ie to put the music in context)...you won't be disappointed.
