The Da Vinci Code is a poorly written, atrociously researched mess. It takes esoterica mainstream. It may well do for Gnosticism what The Mists of Avalon did for paganism gain it popular acceptance. After all, how many lay viewers will see the blazing inaccuracies put forward as buried truths?

Reviews like this at Filmtracks infect readers with a virulent hostility toward Catholicism. The following of the occult dwells at this site. It's a site we would happily do without. In response to Filmtracks' text, the Truth of Christ will be like a pile driver applied to a gnat, and the blows are necessary to demonstrate the utter falseness of this material.

Filmtracks is abhorrent to every American who cherishes faith.
