Excellent, excellent, excellent. The music does "an excellent" job of setting the mode throughout the entire film. One "must" remember - those were very depressing and tough times. That war was not a picnic. Both sides inflicted a lot of pain and suffering on each other - and the world.
The music score did an excellent job of "setting the mood"! Very serious business during some very serious times.
