We all know it (or the most of us do); Yoda's theme in E.T.

But.... did you also knew that in EPISODE I - When the senate are yielling “wote now” - There is a cameo appearence of three E.T.'s.

Now you have link to the two film with a score composed by JOHN WILLIAMS

I didn't know that! Thanks for this cool info - I must check out The Phantom Menace immediately . I must admit, that it makes sense about from where ET comes

George Lucas put in the E.T.'s in the senate chamber as a tip-of-the-hat to his good friend Steven Speilberg, in return for the appearance of Yoda in E.T.

The same thing Lucas done for Ridley Scott's Blade Runner in AOTC, as we see the industrial districts of the Corruscant in Zam-chasing sequence, much similar to opening sequences of Blade Runner. He did it (probably) in return for showing Millenium Falcon in Blade Runner when Deckard is flying in police-car with Gaff, and Falcon passing them from their left. It can be seen in widescreen Director's Cut of Blade Runner. Favour for favour
