Is electronic sample taken straight from Alien3?

In "Toccata and Dreamscapes" (BTW, awesome track) there is few times a statement of the electronic sample, that was before used by Goldenthal in Alien3 as a musical distinguish feature whenever alien appeared on screen. I think the same one is used here or am I wrong? Also, "Wingend Serpent" track includes some of the most bombastic percussion I've ever heard.
