The track previous 'Elysium' is a kind of an Ancient Greek heaven - a sort of happy place after death. The Romans basically stole all their culture from the Greeks. 'Elysium Fields' were pretty well regarded as a good place to go walking - hence the beginning of the film with the hand touching the ears of corn n all that. So my guess would be the language used was based around the Greeks!
