This is a fantastic score. Does anyone know the lyrics to the final song played while the credits were rolling? Thank you.

Hey,

I think the final words (and the very first words on the soundtrack) are:

"Blow the horn, play the fife, beat the drum so slowly.
Blow the horn, play the fife, make the drum beat only."

This soundtrack is phenomenal!

The lyrics to "A Call to Arms" and "An Epithaph To War" is:

"Blow the horn; play the fife; beats the drum so slowly...
Blow the horn; play the fife; make the drum beat GLORY!"

That is close, but if you listen closely I believe you can hear that the actual lyrics differ with regard to the very last word:

"Blow the horn, play the fife, beats the drum so slowly
Blow the horn, play the fife, make the drum beat . . . nobly"

• Now Playing: Soundtrack to "Armistad"

I guess I'll add my opinion to the fray.

The words to the phrasing at the end of the "Closing Credits" track on the Glory soundtrack are:

Blow the horn, play the fife, beat the drum so slowly
Blow the horn, play the fife, make the drum beat . . . lowly"

I think that "lowly" is the final word because I believe I have heard that refrain before (in another movie many many years ago) and I'm pretty certain that "lowly" was a part of it...

Only...glory...nobly. Hmmmmm...I guess it doesn't make any difference. This is by far my fav James Horner soundtrack (leave it on my Ipod all the time).
