Sure, he's no John WIlliams, but he still manages to write his own darned excellent score. If he had written the first Potter films, he might not have been lauded as much as Williams, but they would still have been awesome scores.

It's a great Potter entry on itself.

He'g got guts, he writes with passion. Might not always push his technical abilities like Williams or Desplat but he is as talented and effective as they are.
