the phrase "was deemed" denotes that there is a popular opinion not just in the film music community, but filmdom in general that supports this. For the past seven month's, we've known perfectly well what you think of the PotC score and its suitibility for the film. Reminding us over and over is one thing, but dont pass that off as a consensus.
