Yes, I do   Monday, December 19, 2005 (5:23 a.m.)

I recommend downloading eMule. You can just about find anything on there that is rare. I have the 4-disc, 3-disc, 2-disc, and complete DVD rip versions of this score. You'd figure that I would have stopped after the 4-disc "Ultimate Edition", so don't ask why I bothered to keep going, I think I was curious to see if there were any differences. But once you get eMule (it's free and easy to use) try searching for the following "John.Williams.-.Hook.[ultimate.edition].-.4CD.-.VBR.-.BALOO", without the quotes of course If nothing comes up, then just punch in "John Williams Hook" and something should come up.

During the installation of the software, one of the screens offers you the option to search for rarer items first (or something along those lines), so when you hunt for items, it gives you the harder-to-find files first (so your search field doesn't get stuffed up with common files). I recommend you leave that box checked, that way you can get really rare files that few people might have instead of 150 files of "Hook - Prologue" (lol)

If it works for you as it did for me many times over, then you should be able to get it in one zip file. The file also has artwork for the CD case, but it's the wrong artwork (the tracks don't match up). However, you can go to http://filmmuziek.xs4all.nl/ - and go to "CD Covers", then to John Williams, and then go down to HOOK.

Hope this helps,
Tim

That place really isn't working well for me. NOTHING will begin downloading onto my computer. Any suggestions?

The only thing I can tell you is to be patient. This is a rare find, and not many people are likely to have it. If it doesn't begin downloading right away, then I suggest you just leave it be and it will eventually start downloading dependant upon who is online at the time. I have it, and the person I got it from has it....that's about all I can vouch for. I'm sure a few others do have this file, but you have to wait until someone is online before it starts up. I took me about a week to get the completed file.

I know you guys are eager to get this, but trust me, once you get it, you'll be extremely happy about it , but like I said....be patient!

Oh, and make sure you're actually connected. I made that mistake the first time. When eMule launches, it should be on the server tab, with a list of a lot of servers. But in the top left-hand corner of the tool bar, there is a picture of a yellow lightening bolt with the word "Connect" on it. I'm not trying to insult your intelligence, but please make sure that is clicked

Here is the track listing for the set I have. Note that this also matches up to the two choices art work on the site I supplied.

I forgot one thing. You have to make sure that the "Method" is selected on "Global (Servers)". Otherwise you won't get any search results.

I am against the purchase of these bootleg scores, so I don't recommend it. I hate to see someone else profitting from this.
