Der Glockner von Notre Dame is pretty much a super-enhanced version of the original. For those who don't know, Glockner is a Broadway musical adaptation of Hunchback, only it was done in Germany by Disney. Like any Disney Broaway adaptaion new songs are added (9 to be exact) but two are still missing ('A Place of Miracles' and 'As Long As There is a Moon') from this and the original. I can't stress enough the fact how majestic, powerful and beautiful Glockner is to the already stellar original. Of the new songs, the stand outs are Top of the World, Esmeralda, City Under Siege and Final Ultimo. Redone songs such as Someday (which now has a choral, all-cast ending for amazing results ) and God Help the Outcasts (with a duet by Quasimodo) brings an amazingly fresh and exciting tone to them. I am so proud and extatic by this soundtrack that I'm willing to give mp3 samples that highlight the songs upon request just to prove its majesty. Just so you know, here's the entire track:

ACT I

The Bells of Notre Dame
(Die Glocken Notre Dames)

Sanctuary - an extended version of Frollo's 'Out There' song
(Zuflucht)

Out There
(Draussen)

Rest And Recreation - Pheobus' Song
(Ein Bisschen Freude)

Balancing Act - Gypsy song preparing their arival
(Tanz Auf Dem Seil)

Topsy Turvy
(Drunter Druber)

God Help The Outcasts - Quasi joins the song at the end. Beautiful new touch.
(Helf Den Verstoss'nen)

Top Of The World - Quasi and Esmeralda's happy song along with the gargoyles
(Hoch Uber Der Welt)

Heaven's Light
(Das Licht Des Himmels)

Hellfire
(Das Feuer Des Holle)

Esmeralda - AMAZING NEW SONG! POWERFUL! My current favourite.

ACT II

City Under Siege - AMAZING NEW SONG! POWERFUL! My second favourite.
(Trommeln In Der Stadt)

A Guy Like You
(Ein Mann Wie Du)

Out Of Love - Quasi and Pheobus singing about Esmeralda
(Weil Du Liebst)

Out Of Love [Reprise] - Pheobus and Esmeralda's love song with Quasi
(Weil Du Liebst - Reprise)

Made Of Stone - Quasi's song of lament... almost as dark as Hellfire
(Wie Aus Stein)

Someday - Redone for amazing results... the choir at the ends is very moving
(Einmal)

Grand Finale - An equally amazing medly of songs ending with Bells of Notre Dame. Frollo sings Esmeralda's song out of spite which angers Quasi so Quasi sings Frollo's song before he pushes him to death.
(Finale Ultimo)
