This is 100% true. Terry's wife was my computer teacher at Lutheran High School Northwest in Rochester Hills Mi. She told us about this as soon as the settlement was reached. She also played Terry's music and the ID4 music side by side. Terry's music was in a PBS documentary about Air Force One, I'm sure it can be found out there somewhere.
