I find this post particularly offensive as a former member of the Newark Balkan Chorus. Just because the soundtrack isn't one that you'd have a sing-along to doesn't make the music bad. Also, the Newark Balkan Chorus may not harmonize in a manner commonly heard in the US, but that doesn't mean that they are singing off key. By the way the chorus performed on Prairie Home Companion and at Carnegie Hall, they also have their own holiday in the state of Vermont, so I wouldn't write them off as horrible.
