My Thoughts   Wednesday, May 3, 2006 (6:31 p.m.)

Though noone will probably read this, but I just wanted to comment that I thought that this score worked really well in the movie. All the cues for the scenes in the Jungle were really beautiful. And I wanted to break the misconception that there is no theme. Instinct has a really good theme that appears in the film many times. But only two or three times on the CD, and they aren't exaclty the key performances other than aside from is dramatic outburst in Escape.

After seeing the movie in 1999, getting the soundtrack was the first thing on my mind, and I was satisfied with the purchase. Its almost 7 years later and I still listen to it from time to time.

I'm suprised that there was never an original Filmtracks review of this score.
