That is actress Kate Winslet singing in the last track. It's a traditional English folk song, the title is listed in the credits of the film, but I don't recall the title. Both she and Dame Judi Dench sing it in the film.

"Dear thoughts are in my mind,
and my soul is so enchanted
as I hear the sweet lark sing
in the clear air of the day.

For a tender beaming smile
to my hope has been granted.
And tomorrow he shall hear
all my fond heart can say."

My opinion of Iris is that it's a beautiful, tender score, serves the film perfectly, and is now my favorite Horner score, surpassing even The Spitfire Grill (my previous favorite).
