A magnificient score   Thursday, January 13, 2005 (2:32 a.m.)

I heard that this movie supposed to be the turning point for the director Steven Speilberg. In the year 1974, it was great challenge for steven to accomplish this project.Because at first he was not the favourite one for the warner brothers', it was someone else.Fortunately, he got the opportunity to prove his skill and talent.Previously, his movies SUGARLAND EXPRESS AND DUEL were huge flop. This project became die hard stuff for steven. But he got the saviour called JOHN WILLIAMS.Though steven proved his directorial effort and skills, it is all credit goes to John.

John williams proved his great ability scoring the movies which contains different concept.Especially, this one is totally outstanding and wonderful. In the movie, whenever shark appraoches or shown,he used terrifying instrument Double bass,it really scared me not because of shark they are shown in the movie, great score by john.'Man against beast' track is very majestic and spell-bounding.Hey guys, do you own this soundtrack? not yet, then go ahead buy it. DONT MISS IT.
