Good Score for a Good Film

I've watched this movie many times. One reason is because I enjoy the music so much. Although I'm not much of a fan of Basil Poledouris, I think this score is just fine on its own. Actually, the main theme is Mowgli's theme, the very first theme present on the album. This theme is so beautifully and boldly written. It perfectly illustrates Mowgli's character in the film. My favorite theme is the Mowgli/Kitty Love theme. This theme also is an exact representation of the bond between these two characters. The Monkey City theme is very mystical yet playful in a way. It honestly may make you think of monkeys. Overall, this is a very nice score. I give it 4/5.
