  I Agree, but...


Agree with the review. This is a very good romantic score by Kent. However there is no way Jula Bell’s performance on the last song (Back Where I Belong) comes even close to Sting’s excellent "Until". The "Back Where I Belong" song sounds empty in orchestration and amateurish and as with most songs that are made secondarily based on a score theme, the lyrics are bad and don’t go with the music, making the singer sound like struggling to fit the lyrics into the song. "Until" on the other hand is beautiful and romantic song accompanied by a wonderful strings quartet, great lyrics and music and a top performance by Sting.
