Ooooh he does it every time! It has measures of his previous work abundent, but then he has written music for so many films can one blame him, and he isn't as dry as Mr. Williams nor as 'nearly bring you to some 'wow' music and then run away giggling' as Shore. His music is always heartbreaking in its beauty, and no matter how similar it is to his previous stuff, or indeed Holst's Planet Suites, it is always powerful and an inestimable pleasure to listen to. No one ever told off Michaelangelo for painting similar paintings, and no one should begrudge this cheerful artist either. Play on Hans, if there's simply a dash more masculinity in this soundtrack, then it is by far more than enough to keep this gal happy!
