Would I be correct in saying the music in the trailer (right after Ruffalo says "Let me guess, you're gonna make a soldier again?") is from the end credits of U-571? That was my first guess.

Actually the whole trailer uses Richard Marvin's music. I dont know which because I only it heard once.
