Wonderful soundtrack to a great film!

its not often, i say gud things about films and soundtracks, but i hold me hands up here.

this a terrific score by hans zimmer, i did notice a slight resemblance to gladiator, but the last samurai stands on its own and a great listen!

As for the film..marvellous!

the fight sequences were choreographed beautifully and much better that the ones in return of the king! actually if the fight scenes in lord of the rings were as gud as this, than lord of the rings would be my best film.

The cast were superb, I had never really been much of a fan of tom cruise, but after watching his performance here, he really is a gifted actor! this was a really mature role to take on, and handled it to perfection.
