I saw the movie this afternoon and thought it was excellent. This was the best movie I've seen this year. After leaving the theater I went straight to the music store to purchase the soundtrack. I think the soundtrack is excellent and Oscar worthy. It accompanies the movie in a way that is not overpowering but enhances the film. When listening to the CD the power of the music is emotional and is able to stand on it's own. I rarely buy film tracks...in the past , the rare movies that inspired me to go out and immediately purchase the soundtracks have ended up as Oscar contenders. I feel this score will be in that same category.
