Hans Zimmer, my favourite film composer ever, one of the greatest artists in the history. He was born in Germany and his European sensibility makes him absolutely unique in Hollywood. We love listening to Zimmer's music because his compositions are always filled with emotions and feelings. Sometimes they are glorious-"The Might of Rome", sometimes tender-"...And Then I Kissed Him", but always moving, exciting and touching our hearts. Hans Zimmer deserves an Oscar not only for his gorgeous score for "The Last Samurai". He deserves Academy Award because he has revolutionized film music. He has changed our thinking about film music. That's why Zimmer is one of the greatest composers ever.
