Just check out what Bruce broughton brought on with his Tombstone score.
A remarkably similar theme/sound. Except that Tombstone is from '93 while LotF is from '95. I dunno what it is with Horner, but every time when I think he did something original, then sooner or later I find a reference with funnily similar material, be it classical music or just another OST. :P

I kinda noticed a similarity, but not a big one.
