• Now Playing: Les MisÚrables

It's a 1998, Basil Poledouris' score "Les MisÚrables" to dedicated the memory of Greig McRitchie. Now, Patrick Doyle's friend Lawrence Ashmore as a orchestrator. Academy Award Winning composer Gabriel Yared was originally hired to compose by the movie, but was fired by director Bille August and Yared's score was rejected. Now, the late composer Basil Poledouris replaces Gabriel Yared as "Les MisÚrables" composer. Starring Liam Neeson as Jean Valjean, Geoffrey Rush as Inspector Javert, Uma Thurman as Fantine and Claire Danes as Cosette. Basil Poledouris was a genius.
