I heard track #7, "The Life of David Gale," on Cinemix and was immediately struck by its similarity to the main theme for Chris Franke's score for Sleeping in the Light the final episode of Babylon 5.

Sleeping in the Light theme: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=znNciln7qwY, around 0:45
The Life of David Gale: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGAFNahlSNw, around 0:18

In my experience, such similarities are frequently the result of both composers borrowing a segment from some much older classical piece. Any thoughts?
