I don't really agree with this review for the simple fact that the reviewer holds Rosenman's score up against the Shore's score when both were written for completely different styled and directed films. The review is supposed to be over Mr. Rosenman's score not how its not like Shore's film score.

Also annoying is the fact that this is not the most current CD form of this score. Fantasy Records released a newer edition that was supposed to have corrected the sound problems inherent from the LP's and the Intrada edition. It is in general also the edition that you can find more easily unlike the Intrada.
