i have noticed a few themes while listening to the soundtrack and watching the movie(for the thirteenth time).

3. shadow of the past, has an ominous theme, heard in the movie when you see barad-dur, in mordor, so i call it mordors theme. it is also heard in the movie when th council of elrond starts arguing.

5. the black rider, is of course the choir that sounds dark and is the rider theme.

7. i knife in the dark, has what call the isengarders theme. it is a tuba with metallic percussion. it can also be heard in track sixteen amon hen

11, and 13 the ring goes south and the bridge of khazad-dum, has what i call the fellowship march. on 11 it is near the end, and on number 13 is the very beginning. it is hinted on in 4,the treason of isengard, and all through the c.d.

15.the great river. gondors theme (or kings) is heard in track 15 when in the movie they pass by the giant statues of the past kings.
