Never read the masterpieces created by Tolkien. I've read the Bible, so NOW who's the close-minded one?!! People that say it was all a bunch of bull say this because they haven't read the books, and don't know the stories behind every single line said in the film. Read the Silmarillion, it helps a bunch too. Why, the Ainulindalė, a sort of prologue to Quenta Silmarillion (proper Silmarillion) is all about the creation of the Earth and of heaven. But NO, there just ABSOLUTELY CANNOT BE ANY RELIGIOUS REFERENCES AT ALL!
