I've heard some pirate-ish fight scene music on a relatively decent Kamen score, The Adventures of Baron Munchousen (if that's how you spell it). The segments are a bit short though, and the parts surrounding them are comical in nature. You could also try the music from the animated version of LOTR. The movie was terrible but the music was good. Then if you're really desperate, I'd try some anime OST's. A lot of those contain a vast range of music styles and there is likely to be something on one of them. Hope that helps.
