My favourite track is on the return of the king C.D. The white tree, It brings for me the whole theme of power and deed without thought kind of thing. Its amazing. Sorry all these answers are late but I just found this site. The names of the two riderless horses in the Two towers are called Hausufath and Aron. Sorry to contradict the other answerer.:(
