I believe the Ents song is the boy choir in Isengard Unleashed. The Missing, lyrically, could pertain to Evenstar or Breath of Life, but I think I hear the words in the first track following Gandalf's battle with the Balrog, Foundations of Stone.

"The Ents" is featured in "Isengard Unleashed", just before Ben del Maestro's intervention, and "The Missing" is featured in "Helm's Deep".-

There are just two lines from "The Missing" in the movie. It's the scene in Helm's Deep when Theoden and the rest of the men return after the ambush with the Warg riders.
Eowen asks Gimli "Lord Aragorn, where is he?", and Gimli replies that he fell. Then the two lines from this song play while they're focusing on Eowen's shocked/sorrowful expression.

(I'm not obsessed...really)
