The reviewer shows his liberal, leftist bias to suggest that the control of a candidate controlled by corporations is more believable than the control by the Soviets. He has apparently never heard of the Verona Project, Whittaker Chambers, and the many spies uncovered during the Cold War. Due to political correctness, the film did not use Islamic extremists as stand-ins for the original Communist plotters, but that is probably believable since America's current foes--those not in the media--have the technology and foresight to wreck things and die for a false cause. Otherwise, good review!
