Fenton's music used elsewhere?

I thought I heard Fenton's music used in the old Nickelodeon show, "Rocko's Modern Life" in the episode "Teed Off." In the entry on imdb.com for "Rocko" it lists uncredited source music by Fenton, and I was wondering if anyone knew whether this is the film it was from?
