Download The Missing!   Thursday, December 18, 2003 (8:05 a.m.)

FYI: Individual tracks of The Missing are available for LEGAL download using either MusicMatch's download service or via buymusic.com. MusicMatch is selling each track for .99 cents while buymusic is selling tracks for $1.14. Why buy the whole album when you can download the last track coming in at over 16 minutes for .99 cents. Of course, the last track only includes a little of the action music, if that is what you are looking for. Most of the end track features the theme for the movie. Also, if you buy from MusicMatch you can't find it by doing a composer search. MusicMatch obviously doesn't have someone familiar with movie score music posting their tracks otherwise The Missing would come up in a search for James Horner. Just enter in "the missing" under the album search and look for the one that says original soundtrack. Happy score listening! Another tip: First Knight is also available on MusicMatch, but again search for the album, not by composer. Some others I have downloaded from MusicMatch: Spirit... by Hans Zimmer, ID4 by David Arnold (found this by searching for track name "end titles" (MusicMatch really has to improve their search function).
