  Awesome score

You know when I first heard the original score for The Mummy and compared to the ammount of music to that for the film I was disappointed with how much music was left off of the OST. I didn't realize too at the time that the Region 1 DVD had an isolated score to it that I had to record it instead of ripping it like you would with most isolated scores.

In also comparing with some cues, "My Favorite Plague", "Rebirth", "Discoveries", "The Sand Volcano" and "End Credits" their film version counter parts were edited so I used the unedited album bits. For "My Favorite Plague" I did edited back in the opening version part from the film to the album version. Over all I really love this score and it's very under-rated in my opinion. I actually perfer this over Alan Silvestri's version especially for Rick and Evelyn's theme and Imhotep (The Mummy)'s theme. Don't get me wrong Silvestri's versions of those themes are good but not nearly as a great as Goldsmith's.

This complete score I made from the DVD Iso score and the album is a major treasure in my collection.

P.S. I will note, I didn't include the piano source music since that does nothing for me and I don't like source music that much.
